Joy’s professional background is in accounting and marketing. However, she prefers marketing, because it utilizes her skills as a problem solver and is always changing. Joy is a perfect fit for the Rainmaker Institute, since she enjoys tight deadlines, working under pressure and is always finding ways to be more efficient.

Joy is married with three children and two dogs. She and her family enjoy camping, hiking and riding ATVs as well as volunteering at local animal shelters.
