After 16 years of running his own IT management company in Chicago, Philip followed his brother Stephen’s path away from Chicago winters to a warmer Arizona climate and joined TRI to manage the company’s growing IT investments in marketing and lead conversion systems. Entrepreneurship runs strong in the Fairley family. Philip was the founder and CEO of Sky Technology Group in Chicago, a company that provided onsite and remote technicians to manage and support business technology. Prior to that, he was the founder and CEO of Revolution Ring, a VoIP phone system provider. Philip has more than 22 years of experience in business technology consulting and management. Philip is a graduate of Wheaton College and pursued an MBA degree in Technology and Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management. In 2017, he received a certificate in Senior Management Development from Northwestern University. Philip is married with three children and enjoys the outdoor desert life, mountain biking, and coaching youth basketball.
