Olivia brings more than 10 years of customer service and marketing experience to her position as Social Media Advisor for TRI, where she is responsible for developing a dynamic social media presence for law firms across the country.  Olivia manages highly complex social media campaigns for TRI clients, including building their online reputation, increasing the size of their social networking platform, helping firms connect with potential clients and develop referral sources.

Olivia has an MBA in Marketing, and is married with two children.  In her spare time, she works at her freelance business, Heart Shaped Lens Photography, specializing in family photography.
